Opportunity Overview We have an immediate opening for a Patient Services Representative to join our team at Ovation Fertility in Cincinnati, Ohio . Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with every third weekend and 2 to 3 holidays per year This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.

In this role, the Patient Services Representative will: Welcome patients and visitors to the office Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls Schedule appointments using a computerized scheduling system and conducting follow-up calls when necessary Provide timely and accurate information and quality customer service to incoming patient inquiries Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
Qualifications
High school diploma; Associates degree preferred Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital or medical office setting Phone call experience in an office or medical office setting Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing Women's health, OB/GYN, or Fertility experience preferred Knowledge of office procedures and office machines (i.
e. computer, fax, copier, etc.) Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Ability to communicate accurately and concisely Excellent interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment More important than any single credential, however, is the right person .
