Our internship program offers aspiring individuals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of utility transmission while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Internship Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented intern to support the Operations team in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of WETT’s transmission assets.

Interns will assist with field data collection, operational analysis, and process improvement initiatives. As an Intern, you will have the chance to work closely with industry experts and gain valuable insights into our transmission infrastructure's operations, maintenance, and planning. Throughout the internship, you will be exposed to various facets of our organization, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge in the field.

Qualifications

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. Preferably a junior or senior. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of the regulated utility industry, transmission systems, and power engineering concepts is a plus.
