Investment Associate

The Associate supports the senior members of the investment team in the implementation and oversight of Trinity’s diversified portfolio. This role serves as an individual contributor with meaningful responsibility for monitoring managers, leading underwriting workstreams, contributing to asset class and portfolio construction discussions, improving reporting and operating processes, and presenting analysis to internal stakeholders.

The Associate is expected to develop deep knowledge of one or more asset classes, exercise sound judgment in manager evaluation and portfolio monitoring, and represent Trinity professionally with external managers, advisors, and peer institutions.
