Architect I - Enterprise Solutions

Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Lead Experience: 8-12 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Technical Lead to lead the design, development, customization, and integration of D365 F&O solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in X++, extensions, integrations, data management, and technical architecture while guiding a team of developers and collaborating with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. Architect and develop customizations using X++, extensions, forms, workflows, reports, and business events. Drive integration design and development using OData, REST APIs, Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.

Review technical specifications and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards. Lead data migration activities using Data Management Framework (DMF) and dual-write configurations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Mentor and guide development teams through code reviews, technical workshops, and best practices. Manage deployments, release management, and Azure DevOps pipelines. Ensure solution performance, scalability, security, and maintainability across projects. Key Requirements (Top 10) 8-12 years of ERP experience with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/AX.

Strong hands-on expertise in X++, Visual Studio, Extensions, SSRS Reports, and Workflows. Experience with D365 F&O integrations using OData, Custom Services, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus. Deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Project Operations modules.

Experience with Data Management Framework (DMF), Data Entities, and Dual Write. Proficiency in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and release management. Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse integration. Ability to create technical architecture documents, deployment strategies, and solution designs.

Experience leading offshore/onshore technical teams and conducting code reviews. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly preferred.
