The RN Case Manager
- HIV Program RN Case Manager job duties include, but are not limited to assisting in the overall operation of the early intervention program. Providing nursing case management, conducting outreach, follow up on referrals, and monitoring of routine lab tests and immunizations schedules. Collaborate with the Iowa Department of Public Health and local Disease Prevention Specialist to identify PLWHA to identify PLWHA as a point of entry or re-entry
