Work LikeABosch Execute & deploy ME Project Management Strategy Apply ME Standards (process, method, tools) and shape BU specific PM Implement consequent Project Portfolio Management consistent with ME Strategy Ensure & track maintenance and quality of project data , required e.g. for portfolio management, success critical PM KPI’s (e.

g. PM Maturity, Budget adhearance) Ensure proper organization of Steering/Review Committees 1 of all Projects in BU / Plant and support with relevant PM data Coach and support Non-PEP/PEP Projects and PEP-Operations in BU / Plant Actively collect feedback from Projects to contribute to further improvement of BBM PM framework and PM excellence at BBM Consult Project Managers development of PM employees, get support by ME/PMO if required Moderation of Project workshops , e.
