The Quality Assurance Manager leads quality assurance and quality control for Life. Science Logistics’ (LSL) commercial pharmaceutical third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations. This role ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and client requirements, maintains a robust quality management system (QMS), and drives continuous improvement across the network. A hands-on leader, the Quality Assurance Manager provides direct oversight of day-to-day quality activities, including audits, deviations, CAPA, and inspection readiness, and serves as the primary quality contact for commercial clients.
