• Are you interested in assistance with obtaining a Certificate III in Laboratory Skills through a two-year traineeship program. Our laboratory positions are perfect for you! You'll work in air-conditioned labs, evaluating the quality and content of sugar in cane and other factory products. Juice Chemist - this is primarily responsible for performing juice analysis for cane payment to our farmers. You will work a continuous shift roster which will include working weekends and some overtime can be expected. Day Analyst - this is primarily responsible for performing analysis on fibres and bagasse for cane payment purposes and the testing of mud, as well as any other testing required. Control Chemist - this is primarily responsible for analysis of factory products for optimisation, control and data entry of this information into Databank. You will work a continuous shift roster which will include working weekends and some overtime can be expected.
