Director of Consolidations

This position is in Bally’s Corporate Finance department and is responsible for directing the parent company’s global consolidation and intercompany accounting processes in support of the Company’s obligations as an SEC registrant. This role manages the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation close process across domestic and international subsidiaries, including the compilation of IFRS-to-U.

S. GAAP consolidation adjustments for foreign entities. This position partners with Corporate Finance to establish and enforce consolidation policies, procedures, and controls that support accurate, timely, and well-controlled external financial reporting.
