Senior Environmental Project Manager (TxDOT NEPA)

Halff has an opening for an experienced Senior Environmental NEPA Project Manager to join our growing Environmental team. This position is ideal for an environmental professional with strong experience in NEPA requirements and TxDOT guidelines who is looking to grow their career with Halff. Minimum of 10 years of environmental studies or equivalent relevant experience.

Thorough understanding of NEPA requirements, including preparation of TxDOT NEPA documents, TxDOT pre-certifications, guidelines, and requirements. Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulatory requirements, guidelines, and procedures, preferably related to transportation, public works, water resources, or projects involving federal funding or permitting.
