About the Role

At Estia Health, we offer dual care worker opportunities. Being rostered in either traditional Care Worker shifts or blended Care and Nutrition shifts is a great way to provide our staff with variety and skill development, while keeping the pay rate identical across both roles. Every individual in our homes has a story.
