Experienced Jewelry Sales Associate – Express Pawn Express Pawn is looking for an experienced Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team! We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual with experience in jewelry sales, precious metals, and diamonds. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to evaluate, price, and sell jewelry in a fast-paced retail pawn shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with selecting and purchasing fine jewelry, including gold, silver, diamonds, and gemstones. Evaluate jewelry for purchases, pawn loans, and resale. Identify and test precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones for authenticity and quality. Accurately assess jewelry values based on weight, purity, condition, and current market prices.

Negotiate purchases and sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. Maintain attractive, organized, and properly priced jewelry displays. Build customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and general store operations.

Qualifications

Previous jewelry sales experience required, preferably in fine jewelry, estate jewelry, or the pawn industry. Strong knowledge of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry pricing. Experience testing precious metals and evaluating jewelry is highly preferred. Proven sales ability with strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail, honesty, and professionalism. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment. Pawn shop experience is a plus but not required.
