Your Mission

As a Lube Technician in our onsite Hobbs, NM shop, you’ll help keep every vehicle—and every customer—moving with speed, precision, and confidence. This entry-level role is here to deliver dependable preventative maintenance, protect performance, and make sure each visit feels smooth, efficient, and done right.

In this role, you will:

• Perform quick lube services and basic preventative maintenance with consistent accuracy
• Check key vehicle systems, spot issues early, and communicate findings clearly
• Follow shop procedures and safety standards to keep quality high and the workflow strong
• Support a seamless customer experience from pull-in to pull-out

Kick off your shift by greeting each driver with energy, collecting their info, and logging it quickly so the line keeps flowing. From there, it’s hands-on action—set tire pressure, swap filters, top off fluids, and add oil with a sharp eye and steady pace. In the gaps between vehicles, you’ll power through the reset: sweep, mop, and organize the shop so every bay stays clean, stocked, and ready for the next pull-in.
