Licensed Mental Health Professional

Horizon is seeking a compassionate and organized Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our Court-Based Mental Health Navigator treatment team supporting justice-involved individuals with mental health needs. Navigators will work at various courthouses in Erie County, assessing mental health and substance use issues to determine appropriate levels of care.

This role is essential in promoting recovery, reducing recidivism, and improving engagement with treatment.
