• Branson, MO, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Come join us If you love being outdoors, and thinking about a change of scenery, Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park is now hiring for the 2026 Season for all attractions and park activities! Full-time and Part-time available. We are seeking skilled outdoor professionals, as well as entry-level candidates that have a “can do” attitude, willing to be trained to dive into a variety of job responsibilities. Ideal candidates must have reliable transportation, be available both day / night shifts, weekends, holidays, and be physically capable of performing demands of the job, must work well in a team environment, have a high degree of self-motivation and enjoy serving others. The following entry level & lead level positions, both full-time and part-time seasonal, are available: Vigilante Extreme Zip. Rider Sky. Trek Ropes Course / Challenge Course Copperhead Mountain Coaster Adventure Park Hosts / Guest Relations Park Activity Operators Night Walk Trail Guides Trail of Lights attendants Zipline Canopy Guides All positions provide competitive industry pay with opportunities for advancement. Qualifications

Required Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be comfortable working at various heights. Preferred Ability to physically operate each position, lift 50 lbs., and fully walk the length of the track. Ability to work in extreme cold or heat and in outdoor conditions. Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conflict in a calm, guest-focused manner. Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy. Previous experience operating rides or attractions, or in a lead/supervisory role preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.

Familiarity with park layout and ability to quickly learn the location of all departments, attractions, and operational facilities.
