This is fast-paced, physical, production-driven work supporting active paving operations. You’ll be expected to: Load, unload, and transport asphalt safely and efficiently Work around live paving crews and tight jobsite conditions Maneuver equipment with precision Handle trailer hookups, inspections, and securement Maintain logs and comply with DOT regulations Keep equipment clean, operational, and professional Show up ready to work long days during peak season If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and know asphalt hauling — this is where you belong.

Requirements

• Licensed CDL Class A Driver license with acceptable MVR
• T Endorsement (Doubles Endorsement) Flowboy Driver Requirements:
• 1+ years Flow Boy experience Preferred qualifications:
• Gravel train experience Flowboy Driver Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
