Ticketing Representative

Under the supervision of the Ticketing Supervisor, the incumbent provides quality guest service through the sale/issuance of tickets as well as any other department specific tasks assigned by management. High school diploma or GED required. Must possess well developed guest service technique, excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with co-workers and guests, a clear, pleasant speaking voice and good hearing to ensure effective telephone communication.

Must possess a personable customer service attitude along with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have cash handling experience. Ability to speak, read, write and understand English required. Required to become proficient in various department specific computer prog
