Senior Logistics Management Specialist

You will serve as a SENIOR LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the TECHINCAL DATA Section of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the NAVFAC EXWC Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-03 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12 through GS-14. This position has a control point equivalent to the GS-13 step 10 level.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-02 (GS-05 THROUGH GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

1. Organizing technical data in a searchable and uniform way that all stakeholders can easily access the data;
2. Interacting with various equipment vendors to acquire technical data to support the equipment and to develop the product support elements needed to sustain the equipment's life cycle;
3. Researching technical manuals and detecting when information needs to be modified or is insufficient to develop product support;
4. Utilizing MS Office 365 and the Human Analysis & Requirements Planning Systems (HARPS); and
5. Analyzing the facilities, hardware, software, firmware, documentation, manpower and personnel needed to operate and support mission critical information technology systems.
