Housekeeper

Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community common areas, model units, and vacant apartments. This role plays a key part in ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and other common areas Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning floors, windows, appliances, and bathrooms Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management Follow company safety and cleaning protocols Assist with special cleaning projects as needed Qualifications: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Good communication skills Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs.
