Senior Proposal Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager based in the United States. The Senior Proposal Manager will lead the development of strategic, high-value proposals that support business growth across environmental and infrastructure consulting services.

This role brings together technical experts, business development teams, executives, and external partners to create compelling, client-focused submissions. You will oversee complex pursuits, including design-build and alternative delivery projects, ensuring proposals are persuasive, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.

As a senior contributor, you will shape pursuit strategies, refine messaging, and strengthen the organization’s competitive positioning. You will also mentor proposal professionals and drive continuous improvements in content development, tools, templates, and workflows. Working within a collaborative national team, you will help secure projects that contribute to stronger infrastructure and thriving communities.

The ideal candidate combines extensive AEC proposal management experience with strategic leadership, exceptional writing skills, and a strong understanding of public-sector procurement.
