Sales Enablement Executive – Van Sales Location: Bathgate | Office-based Join Our Team at Avis Budget Group! Are you organised, proactive and commercially minded? Do you enjoy combining sales support with marketing activities and building strong customer relationships? We're looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Executive to join our UK Van Sales team in Bathgate.

Working closely with our UK Van Operations Manager and National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting business growth, developing our prospect pipeline, coordinating marketing activities and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a varied role combining sales, marketing and account management!

What You'll Be Doing Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration, meeting coordination, sales materials and account documentation. Building and maintaining a healthy prospect pipeline, tracking opportunities and proactively following up with potential customers. Planning and coordinating marketing activities, including social media, PPC, SEO and targeted email campaigns to generate new business enquiries.

Maintaining accurate pipeline reporting to support sales forecasting and business planning. Coordinating the onboarding of new business accounts during their first three months, working closely with internal teams. Providing ongoing account support and building positive relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. A proactive, self-motivated approach with great attention to detail. A customer-focused mindset and an interest in sales and business development. It would be great if you also have: Previous experience in sales support, sales administration or account coordination.

Familiarity with CRM systems or pipeline management tools. Some knowledge of digital marketing, including social media, PPC or SEO. Experience in vehicle rental, fleet management or B2B environments.
