What will your challenges be? Define the commercial strategy for the area, establishing medium-term Sell-In and Sell-Out priorities and objectives. Analyze market trends and performance, identifying key opportunities to drive growth and profitability. Make strategic decisions regarding negotiations, investments, and resource allocation within the area.

Monitor strategic KPIs (Market Share, Sell-In, Sell-Out, Distribution, Visibility, and Strategic Metrics), and validate action plans proposed by the Pharmacy Sales Managers. Drive talent development and ensure the team is prepared to meet the future needs of the business. Are you the one we are waiting for?

Education

University degree in Economics or Business Administration and/or Health Sciences. Experience: Leadership of commercial or multifunctional teams of more than 15 people in the consumer health sector or similar (FMCG, HORECA, etc.) for at least 5 years. Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2) IT: High user level knowledge of office tools: Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Google.
