Argenta is currently looking to fill the role of Business Operations Analyst, Americas CRO at our Shawnee, KS location.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Net. Suite, serving as day-to-day point of contact for system users Review timesheets and expense reports for proper coding and compliance Add employees to projects and ensure proper training is provided Assist with month end activities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time Create projects, sales orders, purchase orders, and other related records Create and maintain the month end close calendar Update project financials in Monday.
com following month end close Assist with reporting and data validation Add and manage LMS (Learning Management Users) users Set up new courses within the LMS Retrieve and distribute training certificates for appropriate personnel Assist with regulatory and clinical contracts within Salesforce Support preparation of monthly regulatory reports provided to Regulatory Affairs team About You: Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field Experience in Animal Health preferred but not required Prior experience with Net.
Suite or a comparable ERP system preferred Familiarity with Salesforce and/or a Learning Management system is a plus Strong Excel and data-validation skills Demonstrated attention to detail, ownership and follow through Ability to manage multiple deadlines, particularly during month end close Ability to multitask and handle several requests simultaneously Argenta has strongly embedded company values which is key to who we are and how we deliver.
