This role leads the preparation, production, and execution of exceptional banquet and catered dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
The Banquet Chef collaborates closely with culinary leadership, banquet operations, and event teams to deliver seamless execution for conventions, VIP functions, wedding, entertainment events, and large-scale hospitality offerings.
