What We're Looking For

We’re not just hiring a banker —we’re looking for a community influencer. Someone who will be a voice for the customer, a champion of service, and a pillar of positivity in our banking family. What will you do: Greet customers with a smile and get to know their needs Build real relationships and make banking feel easy (and human) Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments Balance cash drawers and keep things accurate Help customers manage their accounts Open and service checking, savings, and CD accounts Assist with debit cards, online banking, and account questions Recommend products and services that fit each customer Make referrals to lenders or other bank experts when needed Keep things safe and compliant Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements Protect customer information and help prevent fraud Work toward individual and team goals together What We’re Looking For: High School diploma or equivalent Strong math skills Proficient computer skills Excellent communication abilities Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines A passion for serving the public Preferred but Not Required: Previous cash handling experience Previous banking experience Residency within 30 miles of Little Rock, AR or willingness to relocate At First Service Bank, we believe great banking starts with great people!
