Firefly Children & Family Alliance is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialis t to join our CCDF team. The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for performing critical functions for the agency to ensure that all client service is accurately documented and billed. You Will: Quality Assurance Monitoring (100%) Complete accurate quality audits of program records.

Provide timely feedback and reports to program Directors regarding critical documentation errors and needed corrections. Assist in the development of Corrective Action Plans related to deficiencies identified in the record review process. Participate in the Performance and Quality Improvement functions of the agency, as indicated and requested.

Provide required or needed training and feedback to staff regarding services. Other duties as assigned You Have: High School Diploma or GED required Knowledge and ability to use Access, Excel, internet and e-mail programs Experience in working with a diverse population Flexibility and ability to work on multiple tasks at one time Organized, detail oriented and dependable Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance Ability to work a flexible schedule.
