Senior Data Analyst Banking (Risk & Treasury)

Our client in the financial services sector is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support financial data analysis and reporting within a risk and treasury environment. You will work closely with business teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across reporting processes and financial systems.

Requirements

• Analyse and validate financial datasets
• Support risk and treasury reporting processes
• Investigate data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis

• Support reconciliation and reporting processes Required Skills & Expertise Must Have:
• Strong experience in data analysis within financial services
• Strong SQL skills
• Understanding of financial products and banking processes
• Experience in data validation and reconciliation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Should Have / Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of risk or regulatory reporting
• Experience with data modelling and data warehousing
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Qlik)
