You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the successful installation of systems in both residential and commercial settings, while upholding the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Lead and manage a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and plan the layout of HVAC systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards during installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the installation process.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used and time spent.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Order and manage inventory of necessary materials and equipment for installations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address questions or concerns regarding installations.
• Uphold a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Provide feedback and performance evaluations to team members for continuous improvement. Job Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred.
• Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification.
• Proven experience leading a team of HVAC installers or technicians.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
