This position serves as a dedicated support professional providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance to the Business Unit Director of Rockwool Japan. This hybrid role is designed to develop emerging talent while ensuring the Director can focus on strategic leadership. The position is structured as approximately 50% direct assistance to the Director and 50% project-based or cross-functional departmental work, allowing the Assistant to build diverse skills and contribute meaningfully across the organization.
