Our 12-week Nurse Residency Program is designed to help new graduate RNs successfully transition from the classroom to bedside practice. Through dedicated one-on-one preceptorship, structured classroom education, and hands-on learning experiences, you'll develop the clinical skills and confidence needed to thrive as a Medical Surgical nurse.
