Due to continued growth, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Indianapolis, IN location. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations within the branch, while maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain job documents such as purchase orders, billing forms, insurance certificates, etc. Invoice jobs per the billing schedule. Perform Accounts Receivable follow-up for past due invoices. Process contract renewals and pricing updates. Receive customer calls and work with the Sales Team and Scheduling Team to address any issues.

Provide backup support for incoming office calls. Manage data and complete other tasks as required. Ensure customer satisfaction levels remain a priority and exceed company standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. 5+ years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. The wage for this role is up to $25.00 per hour , based on experience and qualifications.
