IT Support Associate Entry Level

Position Summary

The IT Support Associate provides frontline technical support and assists in the administration of the organization's technology systems. This role is responsible for user account management, Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory administration, software licensing, hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and coordination with Managed Service Provider (MSP). The position works closely with internal departments to support business applications, ERP system, and overall IT operations. In addition the candidate will be exposed to data analytics as part od their support to the IT and Finance and Business Intellegence reporting via PowerBI This is an entry level role. Candidates are expected to have a basic level of understanding and will receive ongoing development.
