This segment specializes in marketing premium beef and pork products directly to consumers through www.snakeriverfarms.com. The Customer Care Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for customers by providing product information, resolving product- and service-related concerns, and delivering an exceptional overall customer experience. This is a demanding, customer-facing position within a fast-paced and growing Direct-to-Consumer business.
