Your responsibilities

Evaluating and implementing patient care plans tailored to individual needs Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient conditions and progress Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care Participating in daily updates with the Treatment Team to align care strategies What We�re Looking For: Graduate from an accredited nursing program Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina A heartfelt desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth A strong sense of empathy, emotional regulation, and openness to learning Must be 21 or older with a valid NC driver�s license and a clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Anderson Health Services?
