Maintenance & Reliability Manager - Paper Manufacturing

The Maintenance & Engineering Manager provides strategic and hands-on leadership for the maintenance and engineering functions of the mill. This role is responsible for building a high-performing team, aligning maintenance and engineering efforts with operational goals, and ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of all assets. Working in close partnership with the Director of Operations, the Maintenance & Engineering Manager leads capital and major maintenance projects, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures effective communication, planning, and execution across departments.
