Car Wash Manager – Space Spa Car Wash Location: Humble, TX (Fall Creek) Company: Space Spa Car Wash | DIB Automotive Group Job Type: Full-Time Join Our Growing Team! Space Spa Car Wash, part of DIB Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced, results-driven Car Wash Manager to lead our Fall Creek location in Humble, TX.

We are a growing express tunnel car wash brand serving the Greater Houston area. Known for our space-inspired concept, convenient service, and unlimited wash memberships, we are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking a hands-on leader who understands car wash operations, knows how to drive membership sales, and can build a motivated, high-performing team.

Previous car wash management experience is required. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management Manage all daily car wash operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Oversee equipment performance, routine maintenance, and facility cleanliness. Monitor chemical usage, labor costs, and operational expenses. Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Sales & Membership Growth Drive unlimited wash membership sales and achieve performance targets. Develop strategies to increase membership retention and reduce cancellations. Coach employees on effective sales techniques and customer engagement.

Monitor sales performance and implement improvements to meet business goals. Team Leadership Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise car wash employees. Establish clear expectations and hold team members accountable for performance. Lead by example and maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment. Develop employees through ongoing coaching and training.

Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional service. Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Maintain consistent service standards that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Previous management or supervisory experience in a car wash operation. Strong understanding of express tunnel car wash operations. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate employees. Sales-oriented mindset with experience driving membership growth. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Preferred: Experience managing high-volume express tunnel car washes. Familiarity with car wash equipment, maintenance, and chemical systems. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
