Job description
We are seeking a Compensation Associate to join our Human Resources team in Beverly Hills, CA. The Compensation Associate will support the administration, tracking, and reporting of employee carried interest, co-investment, and other investment-related compensation programs. The role works across Human Resources, Finance, Fund Accounting, Tax, and related stakeholders to maintain accurate participant records, process investment activity, and deliver timely reporting and analysis.
This position would report directly to the Executive Vice President, Global Risk Management & Human Resources.
