Field Canvassing

We are currently seeking a confident and outgoing Door-to-Door Canvasser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking with members of the public about the upcoming full fibre construction in the area. This is a non-sales role where the candidate will be required to run through a questionnaire on their iPad, talk through a leaflet and answer any questions.

The role involves taking down contact details of residents who are interested in staying up to date with the project or wish to know when the service goes live.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and outgoing personality
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable using technology, such as i. Pads
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions
• Full training will be provided
• Must be able to work 11am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, with the option of Saturdays once settled.
