Job description
Pelican Valley Senior Living is seeking a Director of Dining to lead dining services for our Care Center and Assisted Living communities. Candidates must be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Dietitian (RD), or willing to obtain CDM certification within one year. This full-time, exempt position is 40 hours/week with a salary of $65,000–$75,000 annually.
Responsibilities include
nutrition assessments, menu planning, regulatory compliance, food safety, budgeting, inventory, resident satisfaction, and team leadership.
