We are looking for talented and highly-motivated individuals who demonstrate a natural desire to support the meaningful work of community oncologists and the patients we serve. Job Description: SCOPE: Responsible for the front desk reception area, communications coordination, and patient registration. Responsible for supporting all fucntions such as collecting copays, queuing patients, assisting with medical chart management.

Responsible for notifying medical staff if a patient needs assistance in waiting area. FUNCTIONS:

1. Management of incoming phone calls to the center
2. Business office liaison
3. Medical chart management
4. Patient registration, communication, and copays
5. Coordination of all patient scheduling QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 2 years experience in medical reception, administration or customer service. Experience in an oncology clinical setting preferred Excellent Verbal communication skills
