Maintenance Technician

DIRECT HIRE: This role requires performing preventative and reactive maintenance in an industrial setting. 📍 Working Location: Paris, KY. 💰 Pay: $30hr - $38hr (depending on experience) Schedule: A rotating 2-3-2 schedule is a 14-day repeating work cycle that uses 12-hour shifts and four teams to provide continuous 24/7 coverage.

The 14-Day Cycle The name 2-3-2 describes the exact sequence of working days and days off for an employee over a two-week period: Week 1: Work 2 days (e.g., Monday and Tuesday) Off 2 days (e.g., Wednesday and Thursday) Work 3 days (e.g., Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) Week 2: Off 2 days (e.g., Monday and Tuesday) Work 2 days (e.
