Desired Profile Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar; 5 to 7 years of experience in tax litigation; Master's degree in Taxation or equivalent training considered a significant asset; Strong knowledge of proceedings before Quebec courts and the Tax Court of Canada; Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills; Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, and ability to work autonomously; Excellent command of both French and English.
