Set up and optimize cutting parameters according to material type, required quality, and production efficiency.

Review the production plan and ensure orders are processed according to defined priorities. Optimize material utilization to minimize waste and improve productivity. Troubleshoot technical issues and cooperate with Production, Planning, and Technology teams to ensure a smooth laser cutting process. Knowledge of sheet metal laser cutting technology and the principles of laser cutting machine operation.

Practical experience with the preparation or optimization of laser cutting programs. Ability to read and work with technical drawings and documentation. Technical mindset, accuracy, and ability to independently solve production-related problems. Strong focus on quality, production efficiency, and minimizing downtime and material waste.

Ability to cooperate effectively with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is an advantage. Referral bonus 400€. Commuting allowance (2.50€ or 3.50€ per day worked depending on the number of km). Provision of meals or meal allowance. Bonuses based on performance above and beyond projects.
