JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Tennis Professional DEPARTMENT: Tennis REPORTS TO: Director of Tennis POSITION TYPE: Seasonal Non- E xempt SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE The Tennis Professional will deliver the member and guest tennis experience to the highest level of Windsor standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide a world class service experience by engaging with all tennis participants in tournaments, events, and league play Deliver superior Private & Group Lessons, Clinics, and Drills Contribute to the overall success of the department by actively promoting all other aspects of the tennis program Protect the health and safety of all Members, guests and staff Assist with the sweeping and lining of courts and court maintenance Assist in the Pro Shop with merchandise sales, scheduling, answering telephone, taking inventory, etc.

String and order racquets Required to work weekends and holidays Regular attendance and timeliness are required COMPETENCIES Communication proficiency Thoroughness Flexibility PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions for this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires running, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Must frequentl y lift and/or move items over 1 5 pounds . Must have the ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.

Must be physically present. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 1 year of overall experience in the tennis industry with specialty providing high level of instruction of all levels. Additional service experience in luxury resorts or private club environment is preferred.
