We are a 304-bed, Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility founded in 1974 in continuation of St. Frances Xavier Cabrini’s legacy of serving those in need through works of healing, teaching, caring and giving. We are looking to fill the position of Registered Nurse
• RN. This is a NYSNA Union position. Full-Time or Part-Time = $44.38 to $54 per hour based on experience plus 10% shift differential. Registered Nurse
• RN Qualifications: NY RN
• Registered Nurse License. Long-Term Care experience preferred. BLS certification. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. PCC experience a bonus! Registered Nurse
• RN Job Summary: Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner. Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures. Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians. Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary. Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action. Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
