Assistant Store Manager Full-time: Evening and Weekend availability Location: Blackwell, OK An Employee at Shepherds exemplifies our belief of “Where Service Matters." This person is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in all facets of running a convenience store which includes training new staff, ordering for the store, leading staff in providing exemplary customer service, and communicating with company leadership.

Requirements

Must be 18 and be able to pass a background check and drug test. Obtain Oklahoma Alcohol Serving License Retail/leadership experience Stand for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
