What You'll Do

Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions. Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times. Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess customer needs. Obtain customer approval for recommended services and repairs. Offer and review multi-point vehicle inspections. Provide clear and accurate service estimates.

Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign repair orders. Communicate repair updates and vehicle status to customers.. Follow company customer service and communication processes throughout the service visit.

What You'll Bring

2 + years of High-Line Service Advisor experience Automotive knowledge or technician background is a plus Communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Open availability, including Saturdays Total Rewards The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($70,000 to $114,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
