Responsibilities

Implement and oversee company safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (DOT & OSHA) Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and develop strategies for improvement Provide safety training to employees on topics such as proper lifting techniques, emergency procedures, and hazard communication Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions Collaborate with management and staff to create a culture of safety and awareness throughout the organization Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a safety management role or similar industry experience Advanced knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices in safety management Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Safety Manager to make a real difference in the workplace.
