Whether you're looking for a shorter evening shift or want additional hours into the night, we have opportunities available.

What You'll Do

As an Evening Home Health Aide, you may assist clients with: Bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Toileting and personal care Mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation Preparing and assisting with evening meals Medication reminders as permitted Light housekeeping related to client care Evening routines and preparation for bed Maintaining a clean and safe home environment Companionship and emotional support Following the established plan of care Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home What We're Looking For Home Health Aide training or certification as required Previous home care or caregiving experience preferred Current CPR certification Availability between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM and/or 4:00 PM and 12:00 AM Dependable and committed to scheduled client assignments Compassionate, patient, and respectful Strong communication skills Ability to work independently in a client's home Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned client locations Why Evening Care Matters The end of the day can be one of the times clients need the most support.
