Apply a high level of service recovery and attention to detail throughout the dining experience. Creates an enjoyable and safe dining experience for residents and guests in accordance with Lenbrook dining and current applicable federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines and standards.

Essential functions

• Demonstrate superior service techniques and style.
• Set the tone for servers, and act as a role model for our team.
• Ability to anticipate the needs and desires of residents and guests.
• Commitment to team service and supporting all associates.
• Advanced knowledge of wine and spirits
• Ability to effectively communicate specials, allergies, and descriptions of menu items.
• Advanced knowledge of POS system
• Advanced knowledge of food preparation and ingredients.
• Follow all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment.
• Knowledge of fire safety procedures; assist with evacuation of residents if needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information.
• Always adhere to Lenbrook rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
